Written service agreements will include the scope of work, materials to be used, project timeline, payment terms, warranty information, and any other relevant details specific to the project.

5. Warranties

Chaparosa Roofing stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty coverage generally includes:

  • Manufacturer warranties: Roofing materials installed by Chaparosa Roofing are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, customers may be eligible for enhanced manufacturer warranty coverage including the Platinum Protection Limited Warranty.
  • Workmanship guarantee: Chaparosa Roofing provides a workmanship guarantee on all installations and repairs. The specific duration and terms of our workmanship guarantee will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

Specific warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and durations will be outlined in your signed service agreement. General warranty information on this Website is provided for reference only and does not constitute a warranty commitment. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and the terms of the applicable warranty document.
